Why add Q10?
Generally, the human body's ability to synthesize Q10 reaches its peak at the age of 20-30. After the age of 30, the synthetic ability will gradually decrease, and it will lose rapidly after the age of 40, which is easy to cause various uncomfortable conditions. Therefore, it is recommended to start to consume Q10 moderately at the age of 30, which is conducive to maintaining skin health, delaying aging, and maintaining physiological metabolism.
Is this oxidized (Ubiquinone) or reduced (Ubiquinol) Q10?
It is Ubidecarenone, which can be absorbed after conversion in vivo. Compared with reduced-form Q10, it is safer and more suitable for long-term maintenance and consumption (Japanese animal experiments show that long-term use of reduced-form Q10 may be harmful to liver).
Is it natural?
It is the most pure and natural manufacturing method at present. It is exactly the same as the body to make co-q10 by itself. They are both Trans isomers forms which are safer to human's body.
I heard that preparing Q10 for pregnancy is helpful?
During pregnant preparation, Q10 must reach the daily amount of 300 mg, but the maximum limit of health food is 30 mg. So we do not suggest you to consume such high dose by yourself, there may be side effects or unknown risks. We suggest you to consult the doctor to see if you are suitable to consume.
Why can't people taking anticoagulants take Q10?
As Q10 has the effect of dilating blood vessels, it is not recommended to take it together with anticoagulant drugs, which will cause unstable blood pressure. Currently, it has been proved that Q10 interacts with oral anticoagulant (Warfarin), reducing the anticoagulant effect of Warfarin.
